At GEMACO we use two printing processes - Hotstamping (or Foil-stamping) and Custom Lithography (Litho).

Hotstamping is used for low quantities, simple logos or straight-line copy. Special color matches and halftones are not available.

Custom Lithography is used for detailed, complex art, special color matches, custom borders, four color process or when art bleeds off the edge of the card.

GEMACO has a verity of packaging options.  We have several choices of Stock Packaging that are included in the price of your playing cards.  We also have Deluxe Packaging that have an extra charge, but provide an extra elegance for your packaging needs.  Please view all of our packaging options.
